Service Description

Our very own Dr. Alexander Katz is a USCIS Designated Civil Surgeon, meaning we are able to perform Immigration physical examinations for those in need at our center. After the exam is completed, we will fill out a completed I-693 Form for you to submit to the USCIS. Additional fees might apply depending on laboratory test and immunization requirements.
